Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions apply to all delegates registering for the leadership summit organised by Enlace Select
Registration: While registering for Enlace Select summit, you agree to provide accurate information. False information may result in cancellation without a refund.
Payment: Summit fees are due at registration and must be paid in the specified currency via accepted methods (credit card, Debit card, UPI, etc.).
Cancellation and Substitution:
- Cancellations 45 days before the summit or more will receive a refund, minus the administrative fee of 10%.
- Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
- Substitutions can be made at any time by contacting Enlace Select at +91 8421157962/ contact@enlaceselect.com
Event Changes: Enlace Select reserves the right to change summit details or speakers. Attendees will be notified based on the nature of change.
Code of Conduct: All the participants must adhere to the code of conduct.
Liability: Enlace Select is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, travel or other losses during the summit.
Privacy: By registering, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Pune jurisdiction and the Indian laws.
Cancellation by Enlace Select: If the summit is canceled, attendees can choose a full refund or apply the fee for the future summit.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow minimum 10 working days for processing the refund.
